This is for anyone who is taking part in this years Cancer Research UK Race For Life 2009, whether it be the 5k or 10k version.

Inspired to make it after :iconlonemaximal:'s post regarding taking part. I'm supposed to be doing it too....at some point :p

Good luck to all that are taking part in and if you know someone taking part, sponsor them and encourage them.
